The service
TrendGen generates AI visual content (carousels/slideshows) from the material you upload. Operated by ANAKALIA SOCIAL COMMERCE CONSULTING - FZCO (Dubai, UAE).
Plans and credits
Plans are billed as subscriptions and grant credits that renew each cycle; extra credit packs never expire. If an image fails, the credit is refunded automatically. You may cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Withdrawal and refunds
By purchasing you request that the digital service begin immediately: credits are added to your account and available at the moment of payment. In accordance with EU consumer rules on immediately-executed digital services, by completing the payment you consent to that immediate start and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. There are no refunds for periods already started or credits already made available; failed images are automatically refunded in credits, and you may cancel renewal at any time.
Your content and your TikTok account
You are responsible for how you use the generated content and for complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish. TrendGen is not affiliated with TikTok or TikTok Shop and is not liable for violations, penalties or suspensions on your account arising from the content you publish (especially in regulated categories such as supplements). We are likewise not liable for any loss of sales, commissions, reach or income arising from publishing that content.
Platform changes
Third-party platforms (TikTok, TikTok Shop and any other) may change their rules, features or commissions at any time and without notice: for example, restricting or removing the ability to link products to AI-generated content, requiring synthetic-content labelling, or cutting affiliate commissions in a category. TrendGen neither controls nor influences those decisions and is not liable for their effect on your results. Our service is to generate the content to the highest quality we can; we do not guarantee that it will be accepted, monetisable or eligible on any platform, nor that it will remain so. Such changes give no right to a refund of periods already started or credits already made available.
Acceptable use
TrendGen may not be used for illegal or misleading content or content infringing third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Warranty
The service is provided “as is”. AI output may be imperfect; that is why we offer regeneration and credit refunds per failed image. Total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.
